Season update, anticipating next steps and member fees

Dear WSA member families,

Stay Positive!

Hope everyone is healthy, staying home, safe and positive.  This message is for our parents, but please keep an eye out for some fun ideas for our players coming soon. Please read below carefully and complete required action/form as requested.

Spring Season Update and Field Restrictions

The spring season is indefinitely on hold.  US Youth Soccer and the CJSA have officially suspended all activities until at least May 1st.  You can read their update HERE . Wilton fields remain closed. More on these restrictions from the Town can be read HERE .

NEW TOWN OF WILTON RESTRICTIONS

Next Steps / Action Required

Should we have to cancel the season, we are beginning a process that will enable us to efficiently manage required steps with respect to member fees, for which there will be two options, a refund or a donation.  Please review additional information on the process and appropriate amounts for each program HERE .

MORE INFORMATION

WSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Any donations our community may generously provide will lessen the blow of expenses incurred for this possibly lost season and afford modest flexibility for the future.  We thank you for your consideration.

Required Action

We have prepared this form ( LINK ) for all members to elect their choice. Please submit one form per player by April 15. We will not process any refund or donation transactions until the season is officially canceled (or not).

FORM FOR ELECTION

Please, unless necessary, hold off from otherwise requesting a refund until the season is officially cancelled (or not).  The form has a place to share any special circumstances for consideration. We are sensitive to members who may be in need and will do our best to support.

If you have any questions, please contact the WSA team ( HERE ).
