Uniforms

  • Practice attire
    • Players should wear soccer appropriate attire to every practice 
    • We are not requiring purchase of a practice jersey this year as we have done in past (again to reduce cost)
    • For practices, players should try to wear either an old WSA practice jersey, old blue game jersey or new blue jersey when they receive them.  If players have none of these, please wear a soccer appropriate tee shirt, ideally blue, but any color is fine
    • All players should wear soccer shorts (any WSA shorts from past or present or similar) and soccer socks pulled up to knees with shin guards underneath to every practice event, players without shin guards can not practice or play games 
    • Cleats are required for practices and games
    • We will not need the pinnies for first few practices, but when received with your uniform order, they should be brought to every practice 
  • Other uniform / practice attire notes
    • Wash all attire worn to WSA events after each use 
    • Masks should be worn to and from field for each WSA event 
    • Masks are optional when a player is on field of play for practice and games
    • Masks may be worn at all times by players if that makes them most comfortable 
    • Masks should be worn on sidelines / bench during games when players are not on field of play, this is the player’s responsibility and coaches will remind 
  • Order uniform at earliest convenience (~2 week lead time to receive, first games targeted Sept 13)
    • Step 1: Visit the webstore HERE
    • Step 2: Purchase “Required” items (home and away jerseys, short, sock, training pinnie, mask) and other items if you wish
    • Step 3: When uniforms are ready (you will be notified via email), pick them up in store at WIlton Soccer & Rugby in Georgetown
    • WSA families receive a 20% discount on all non-uniform related gear and apparel purchased in store (you may visit before your uniform is ready!)
